Please look at this picture of my tongue and see if you know what possibly could be wrong. THRUSH OR WORST?

Hello all. My tongue has been aching. The roof of my mouth is also sore. I just got off antibotics for a vaginal infection. I am 20 weeks preggo. I know anitobotics causes yeast infections sometimes. My tongue has this might stuff on it and it has been peeling.
