Systemic Yeast Infections Diet

I can get rid of Candida yeast-free diet?

My doctor suspected I had systemic yeast in my stomach I went to complain whein to sinus infection after chronich and runny nose. I tried to diet for the past month, and it works. I want to not have to do that forever. Supplements I'm taking grapefruit seed extract are acidophilus. Is supposed to get rid of yeast as well. But are there other supplements I can take to get rid of yeast? I heard Candex and ThreeLac. Does the other? Or should I stay on the diet forever?

Unfortunately, this problem does not go away simply by taking drugs / supplements.Diet plays an important role in treatment. The best diet is to stay away from anything that feeds yeast, for example, sugars, carbohydrates, etc, when the system comes of yeast, you can return to your normal diet.
