what can I do everytime I have sex it is so painful?

I been with my man for two years now married for 7 months everytime I have sex it hurts on the inside and outside of my vagina.I don’t know what to do I tried almost everything.I tried lubrication even foreplay.The problem didn’t just start with him it has been happening since I started having sex.I feel very bad because I want to have sex but don’t want to be in pain either.I also have several yeast infections because i suffer with diabetes.I have a 4 month old it got a little better when i had her but not much.I feel like it is messing up my marriage but my husband just deals with it and works with me.What can i do?What is the cause?
