Can conjuntivitis (pink eye) lead to yeast infection?
My daughter is two. She had pink eye last week and we treated it with drops from the dr.’s office. After the third day of tx, and her eye was almost completely healed. She started complaining that her pee pee hurt. I checked it and it was red. I gave her a bath and put some cream on it. But she is still complaing about today when i came home from work. i thought may be because she is potty training she could have gotten an infection. She is also tired and clingy. With no cough or fever.

It is possible that she may have a local irritation of her vaginal area, but it is not a bad idea to have her seen by a doctor so they can take a sample of urine to rule out a urinary tract infection
