Yeast Infections Hard To Cure
is there any way to get rid of a yeast infection without having to insert anything?
i’m 14 and i’m pretty sure i have a yeast infection. i haven’t gone to a doctor yet but i have an appointment. but most of the cures include inserting one of those egg things from a tube, like monistat 3 or something, and it’s hard for me to insert things in there. i cant even get tampons to work. so i was wondering if there was something i could use, like a cream or a pill instead, that would get rid of a yeast infection if i do have one.
Eat yogurt. It contains helpful bacteria (live cultures, including acidophilus and bifidus) that destroy yeast. It also works when applied topically. Insert some into the vagina using a finger or plastic tampon applicator. Use only plain yogurt with active cultures. Or try searching for homeopathic remedies products that will help you to cure yeast infection naturally.
