Yeast Infections Home Cures
Yeast Infection Home Remedy – Garlic!
If you are bored by having to go out to the drug store for Monistat but need something to help with the itch and pain, then this yeast infection home remedy may be the answer to your prayers! It’s simple, inexpensive, easy and something that you already have at home. Oh yep, it is also been curing yeast infections for loads of years! I’m talking about garlic!
As far as a home remedy goes; garlic actually does appear to be the simplest one. It may seem a little strange and sure, garlic does not smell the best, but when you’re suffering from the itching and burning of a yeast infection, smelling of garlic is a tiny price to pay for relief! What makes garlic so great is not just that it works but also that you can use it in 2 different ways. You can opt for fresh garlic cloves or garlic oil and then use them on any type of infection you get.
With a skin rash you can apply the garlic oil to the area a number of times per day. It will instantly soothe the itch and quickly start fighting the yeast and healing. For a vaginal yeast infection, you can use the garlic oil on the outer part of the vagina for relief from the itching and pain and use a fresh, peeled garlic clove to treat you within. You do this by dipping the clove in olive oil and inserting it into the vagina and letting it stay for an hour or 2. You can repeat this up to four times each day. The olive oil simply works as a barrier between the clove and the skin as some people have reported the clove ‘burns’ a little. Another option to dipping it in oil is to wrap it in cheese fabric or gauze before insertion.
This simple home remedy has been making women feel better for years and years, so why not see what it can do for you.
