last november i became a vegetarian. i still eat seafood and fish and eggs and dairy products. me and my boyfriend have been together for about 2 months now. ever since we starting having sex, in these 2 months, ive gotten 2 UTIs, and 3 yeast infections. before that i had a UTI over spring break and another yeast infection earlier this year. I know i dont have an STD because i just got tested and i was at the gyno and she said everything seemed fine. could there be a connection between me not eating meat and not getting enough protein, and my infections? i mean its getting pretty ridiculous. is it because i dont wear underwear? (i wear cotton shorts all the time) what else could it be? Also when my and my bf can have sex, its pretty painful for me. Hes only my second partner, but hes pretty big. 8 inches and pretty thick. could that be why it hurts? we use lubricant.
