Yeast Infections Natural Remedies

What natural remedies help with a systemic yeast infection?
I am suffering with a systemic yeast infection and was wondering what natural remedies (eg. supplements, tinctures, herbs, vitamins/ minerals) could help me to get rid of the excess yeast in my system. I already know the following helps:
Yeast free diet
Garlic
Probiotics
Grapeseed extract
Apple-cider vinegar
I realise that there is no out right ‘cure’ but suggestions of anything that could help would be most appreciated.
Please remember im asking about SYSTEMIC (internal) yeast infection; not a vaginal, vulval or oral infection
@Natpractitioner – FYI a yeast-free diet includes a sugar free diet
Actually, those 5 are exactly it.
I would first suggest a high dose of Probiotics (like 6-10 billion viable organisms or more) with at least 4-6 different strains of probiotics. If you take that with the other 3 supplements, you should feel better hopefully very soon (maybe a few weeks or so, depending on how bad it is). The garlic is a great agent to fight the year, the ACV is a great cleanser, and the grapeseed is a fantastic antioxidant for protection.
And yes, you’re right… a yeast-free (and sugar free) diet would be one of your best steps in addition to the probiotics. Good luck!
