Could i still have gone full term?

okay… this question has been bugging me ever since i lost the baby…I lost my mucus plug early and the doctor told me i just had a yeast infection and that was it.. And it easied my mind. But then other people told me that there was no way i could go full term and so after that i went ahead and decided to do a dismisal where then I lost the baby and had to see it.. The nurse dropped the baby on the floor right in front of me and picked it up by it’s neck with tong lookin things.. ANd now i have to live with it, but i just wanted to know could i still have went full term and never would have been through all of that?

I’m confused. What do you mean that you decided to do a dismissal? What is a dismissal? An abortion?

There is no reason to think that you wouldn’t have kept the baby to term just because of a yeast infection and the loss of your mucus plug. Mucus is always in your vagina and would have come back. Yeast infections are extremely common during pregnancy. I had one too and it wasn’t a big deal at all.

If by dismissal, you mean abortion, then your “friends” were hideously wrong in influencing you to go through with it when you probably had a perfectly normal, healthy pregnancy.
