is it harder to treat yeast infections during pregnancy?
I just found out that i’m pregnant, and am wondering if that might be the reason why my yeast infection won’t go away. I’ve used the full treatment of monistat and a full treatment of terazol. Saw the doctor who did a swab for other “infections”, but just from the naked eye, he said it still looked like it was just yeast. Any thoughts on treatment of infections during pregnancy? Thanks in advance.
It isn’t harder a yeast infection is a yeast infection if your pregnant or not. But there are some treatments that may not be safe during pregnancy due to the fact that they get into the bloodstream! So check with your doctor and see what he recommends for a yeast infection during pregnancy! And I had a discharge the whole time I was pregnant with both of my children but it wasn’t yeast so that may be something that you might be experiencing also
