I went to diaper mornign and reading this and really does not look normal is not a yeast infection look a little addition to its high Bery is very red
Take it to your pediatrician. Just be yourself – you (or someone else) did not try to pull the foreskin is? The foreskin is joined at the head of the penis, at least during the first years of life and never should be rejected.
