My hair does not grow under his arm?

It Atleast one month after he was diagnosed with a yeast infection in my arm. Did not even know they could start there, but anywho, yeast infection became a minor staph infection, but after I started taking antibiotics and healed, I realized that my arm was no more hair back and the other was. I know I should not complain about it, but it bothers me why this could occur. Please help. Thanks!
