Yeast Infections Vinegar
My apple cider vinegar has grown layers of white solid growths. What is this?
I mixed this vinegar in a protein shake and drank it for 3 weeks. Then i got a very red, sore throat and an apparent yeast infection that has not responded well to treatment. I can’t find a lab to have the vinegar tested. My internal medicine doctor doesn’t think my illness is connected to vinegar.
The white solid growth on your cider vinegar is called the “mother”. It is not harmful. It just looks bad.
I am in agreement with your doctor. I think you got a bug from something else.
