Yeast Infections While Pregnant
Reacurring yeast infections while pregnant?
Ever since i was a baby i have always been very “yeasty”, since i can remember ive had that white patch on my tongue and always got yeast infections regularly. Along with my vaginal yeast infections i get the thick chunky white discharge and [tmi] it gets on my husbands penis during sex…it doesnt bother him because he knows i cant help it…but it REALLY bothers me.
Is there anything i can take or do to make my yeast infections stop coming around so much? Any SAFE otc supplements i can take while pregnant? I have heard of AZO is good for preventing yeast infections, is that okay to take?
i have asked family doctors, and my gyno and they all told me that it was just me and my bodily chemistry and nothing to be worried about. i was just wondering what i could do to try and supress it
With my first pregnancy I got them a few times. I’d never had one before. I used some over the counter stuff that was supposed to rid you of the infection in three days but it kept coming back. It wasn’t until I tried the 7 day treatment that it went away for good. But one of the other girls is right. It very well could be an allergic reaction to something. Your doctor might have some better meds for you to take.
